​Following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

Order processing time. 
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing from Pretty Little Things.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After I receive your item, I can process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

I cannot accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
